They provide an array of care and services to our Residents and are committed to provided a superior level of care in a way which upholds our mission, vision, and values. Our mission, vision, and values statements were created with the input form Staff and Residents together.

Vision
Our vision for The Long Home is to provide a nurturing, home-like environment, where our Residents can maintain independence, self-autonomy, and self-determination. It is a peaceful place to work and live, and we strive to relate to each other in a way that upholds the value of loving family interactions on a daily basis. We exist to carry out the original intent of our benefactors--to serve a population, which may otherwise be unable to afford personal care in a primarily private-pay industry.
